About the position

As a Change Manager at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) technology adoption for a global strategic account. Your primary responsibility will be to build and deliver a comprehensive technology adoption program that ensures successful implementation and integration of CRE technologies. You will work closely with clients' real estate technology teams across the globe, driving multiple projects that focus on change management and technology adoption. This role is crucial in ensuring that all projects are delivered with high quality, on time, within scope, and on budget. In this position, you will collaborate with technology implementation teams and client stakeholders to facilitate successful technology adoption through structured change management processes, effective communication, and targeted training methodologies. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, aligning expectations and deliverables around change management for complex CRE technology implementations. Your expertise will be essential in defining and executing change management plans, which include creating process documentation, training materials, quick reference guides, surveys, and robust communication strategies. You will proactively manage stakeholder expectations and project risks, ensuring that all project documentation is complete and that key metrics are provided to client leadership for informed decision-making. Regular meetings with regional end users will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to gauge the level of technology adoption, identify pain points, and develop strategies to enhance user experience and drive further adoption. Additionally, you will support the development of continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure that the tools and processes evolve to meet user needs effectively. Establishing strong business relationships with key stakeholders will be vital to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive successful technology adoption through formal change management, communications, and training methodologies.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders of all levels to align expectations and deliverables around change management for complex CRE technology implementations.
  • Define and execute change management plans and deliverables, including process documentation, training materials, quick reference guides, surveys, and communications.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and program/project risks, ensuring complete project documentation and providing key metrics for decision-making.
  • Facilitate frequent meetings with regional end users to understand adoption levels, pain points, and develop plans to improve user experience and drive adoption.
  • Support the development of continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure tools evolve to improve end user experience and adoption.
  • Establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex change initiatives as a primary job function.
  • Change management certification strongly preferred (PROSCI or LaMarsh).
  • Experience with Corporate Real Estate functions and technologies strongly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
  • Ability to work across global time zones as required.
  • Strong consultative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive and situational leadership skills in people and project management.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to deliver with excellence; organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Experience working in large global organizations with complex technical environments, dealing with internal and external customers, service providers, and vendors.
  • Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business stakeholders, end-users, vendors, and technology teams.
  • Ability to operate independently with general guidance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a client-facing role within a technology implementation context.
