About the position

The Change Manager role at Slalom involves developing and implementing change management and operating model solutions for large-scale projects. This position focuses on aligning these solutions with organizational business strategies, ensuring that clients can navigate through ambiguity and risk effectively. The role requires a blend of strategic leadership, performance tracking, and mentoring, aimed at driving transformative outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management and operating model solutions for large-scale projects.
  • Conduct diagnostics and utilize human-centered design techniques to understand changes in people, processes, and technology.
  • Build complex change networks and integrate employee experience strategies.
  • Coach and guide clients in leading change efforts and deploy strategic leadership alignment sessions.
  • Define, track, and analyze performance metrics while identifying and mitigating people-related risks.
  • Lead teams and interact with senior-level clients, including Director-level clients and SMEs.
  • Provide thought leadership in change management and organizational design, mentoring other team members.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing and leading structured organizational change management, including communications, engagement, and learning.
  • Experience in developing role descriptions, role mapping, and creating personas and user journeys.
  • Experience conducting current state assessments to determine organizational readiness for enterprise transformation.
  • Comfortability navigating ambiguity and interfacing directly with clients.
  • Ability to lead the design and facilitation of alignment sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives, and key results.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to be onsite for 1-3 days per week.
