The position of Change Manager at Arch Insurance North America is a pivotal role that reports directly to the VP of Change Management within the Strategic Portfolio Management team. This position is designed for an individual who possesses a strong background in change management and is adept at influencing and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. The Change Manager will be responsible for implementing Change Management Strategies using the Prosci® methodology, which includes aligning sponsors and leadership, engaging stakeholders, assessing readiness, and providing support and reinforcement to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. In this role, the Change Manager will employ a structured, multidisciplinary approach to manage initiative-driven change, organizational transformation, and culture change across the Strategic portfolio of initiatives. The individual will work closely with the VP of Change Management to monitor the health of the change portfolio and provide comprehensive reporting. Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments, as well as measuring change effectiveness through pulse surveys and interviews. The Change Manager will also create initiative-specific change plans in collaboration with initiative owners and project managers to ensure effective execution of change initiatives. Additionally, the Change Manager will identify training requirements in coordination with the HR Learning & Development team and facilitate training activities, ensuring all logistics for training delivery are managed effectively. Engaging and empowering all levels of the organization, from executives to individual contributors, throughout the change lifecycle is a critical aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex change initiatives and will possess strong interpersonal skills to build productive partnerships with key stakeholders, including executive-level personnel.
