About the position

Ellumen, Inc. is seeking a Change Manager to support the technical refresh of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support business processes. This role is crucial as our talented team works to enhance various aspects of healthcare delivery, including product catalog search, healthcare facilities management, medical equipment and supply management, and Federal Electronic Health Record interoperability between the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The successful candidate will play a key role in transitioning all legacy medical logistics applications into a single, web-based application by November 2026, providing an enterprise view of all logistics lines of business. The Change Manager will be responsible for defining the change management strategy and identifying success metrics. This includes identifying stakeholders, change champions, and critical communication pathways. The role requires conducting readiness assessments and site visits (remotely), developing risk metrics, and creating a comprehensive Change Readiness Plan of Action. Additionally, the Change Manager will be tasked with branding initiatives, creating communication plans (including newsletters and videos), developing training plans, and managing resistance to change. Measuring outcomes and metrics will also be a critical part of this role, ensuring that the change management processes are effective and aligned with organizational goals. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in change management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery through effective change strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation of new processes and technologies.

Requirements

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain federal clearance
  • Minimum of 5 years of change management experience in a similar role
  • Proven proficiency with ProSci and ADKAR models (Prosci ADKAR Change Practitioner certificate preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, or similar field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Jira
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Proven experience creating communications materials
