About the position

Ellumen, a recognized leader in providing information technology and ancillary services primarily within the healthcare delivery domain, is seeking a Change Manager to support the technical refresh of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support business processes. This role is crucial as our talented team works to enhance various aspects of healthcare logistics, including product catalog search, healthcare facilities management, medical equipment and supply management, and Federal Electronic Health Record interoperability between the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transitioning all legacy medical logistics applications into a single, web-based application by November 2026, thereby providing an enterprise view of all logistics lines of business. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for defining success through a comprehensive change management strategy. This includes identifying key stakeholders, conducting readiness assessments, and developing a change readiness plan of action. You will also be tasked with creating communication plans, training plans, and resistance management plans to ensure a smooth transition. Your ability to measure outcomes and metrics will be essential in evaluating the effectiveness of the change management initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and engage with various stakeholders throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define Change Management Strategy and Success Metrics
  • Identify Stakeholders, including Change Champions and Critical Communication Pathways
  • Conduct Readiness Assessments
  • Conduct Remote Site Visits
  • Develop Risk Metrics
  • Create Change Readiness Plan of Action
  • Branding and Communication Plan Development (newsletters, videos, etc.)
  • Develop Training Plan
  • Implement Resistance Management Plan
  • Measure Outcomes and Metrics

Requirements

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain federal clearance
  • Minimum of 5 years of change management experience in a similar role
  • Proven proficiency with ProSci and ADKAR models (Prosci ADKAR Change Practitioner certificate preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, or a similar field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Jira
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Proven experience creating communications materials.
