We are currently seeking a Change Manager to build and deliver a Corporate Real Estate (CRE) technology adoption program for a global strategic account to join our JLL Technologies Program and Project Management Team. As Change Manager, you'll have responsibility for working with clients' real estate technology teams globally to develop and deploy multiple projects related to CRE technology adoption and change management. The Change Manager is accountable for quality and consistent delivery, on time, in scope, and in-budget. Your role will involve defining and executing on change management plans and deliverables, including process documentation, training, quick reference guides, surveys, and robust communications as defined in the change management plan. You will proactively manage stakeholder expectations and program/project risks, ensuring that the documentation related to projects is complete and providing key metrics that allow client leadership to make informed decisions. Facilitating frequent meetings with regional end users to understand levels of adoption, pain points, and developing plans to improve user experience and drive adoption will be crucial.
