Responsibilities

• Deliver on an effective Change and Release Management strategy, aligned to Adobe objectives.
• Drive adoption of effective Adobe-wide frameworks through partnership and influence.
• Ensure framework evolution addresses product and development lifecycles.
• Work cross-functionally with product/program management to ensure roadmaps are aligned and socialized.
• Represent Change and Release Management in varying meetings with executives and partners to ensure regular communication, updates, and follow-ups.
• Understand, monitor, and report on the overall health of Change and Release Management across Adobe and be responsible for the resolution of cross-functional issues.

Requirements

• Tried experience with ITSM frameworks, specifically Change and Release Management, but with Incident and Problem as well.
• Previous experience handling multiple partners and demonstrated influence without authority.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms to communicate with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Demonstrated technical competence with experience working with developers and designers.
• Track record of defining and implementing strategies that build value.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• A passion for setting standards and driving methodologies.
