The Change & Enablement Manager for Global HR Operations at BCG will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the HR function, digital technology experts, and the broader organization to create and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy. This strategy is designed to support the ongoing implementation and adoption of Workday, a cloud-based Human Capital Management system, as well as various projects that enhance Global HR Operations and facilitate change within BCG's HR operating model and shared services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enablement and change projects, from initial strategy development through to implementation, ensuring that the current functionalities are adopted effectively while also overseeing the implementation of new functionalities. As part of a growing change and enablement cadre within BCG's HR Portfolio, which is one of the largest and most dynamic segments of BCG's Digital Products Organization, the Change & Enablement Manager will enable technology across various HR functions, including Recruiting, Staffing, Learning & Development, Next Generation Ways of Working, Mobility, and Workday systems. The HR Portfolio employs Agile methodologies, and therefore, the ideal candidate should possess an Agile mindset and demonstrate behaviors that support the organization's transition to Agile practices. In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including every member of the Workday squads, HR functional stakeholders, internal customers across the HR landscape, and other critical BCG functions. You will also collaborate closely with HR Leadership, including the HR Portfolio, Technical Area Lead, and MDPs, to align with firm-wide initiatives and deliver strategic outcomes. Additionally, you will work alongside other change and communications managers within BCG to share best practices and ensure alignment between squads. Your role will also involve coordinating with Agile team leadership, including Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and Centers of Expertise within the HR Portfolio, as well as Scrum Masters to manage release timing and prioritization within Agile squads, ensuring on-time delivery in conjunction with your enablement process.
