Moss Adams is looking for a Change Manager who can lead organizational change management efforts on key initiatives within strategic areas of the firm. We are looking for someone with proven experience and professional change management skills, demonstrated critical and strategic thinking, and exemplary communication. This role will be part of the firm's Change Management team aligned with our Enterprise Business Transformation group, working on projects of varying complexity in close partnership with internal clients, including leaders within our service lines of business and functional departments. As a Change Manager, you will develop change management plans for key initiatives, with support and oversight from the Change Management Senior Manager, working collaboratively with project sponsors, project teams, and other stakeholders throughout the firm; both leading and executing the work of change management. You will also be part of the firm's change community of practice supporting the development of change capability across the organization.
