About the position

The Change Manager is responsible for overseeing all changes to business processes, applications, and infrastructure within the organization. This role ensures that all changes adhere to established standards and procedures while minimizing disruption to operations. The Change Manager will also develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company's brand and values, manage emergency changes, and prepare crisis communication plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all changes to business processes, applications, and infrastructure, ensuring adherence to change standards and procedures.
  • Develop and implement both internal and external communication strategies aligned with the Client's brand, values, and goals.
  • Evaluate and authorize change requests, coordinating with necessary parties to ensure controlled and minimal disruption.
  • Manage emergency changes to minimize incidents and ensure secure implementation.
  • Develop strategic communication plans, including creating and managing a communication calendar.
  • Produce high-quality content for various platforms and maintain strong media relations to secure positive coverage.
  • Prepare and execute crisis communication plans and manage communication aspects of city events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a change management role, preferably within the relevant industry/sector.
  • Requires a college diploma or university degree in computer science, systems administration, and/or communications.
