About the position

The Change Manager at Ehub Global is responsible for leading change management activities within a structured process framework. This role involves designing strategic approaches to manage change, evaluating change impacts, and supporting operations related to change management. The Change Manager will also be involved in training and communication efforts, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities within a structured process framework.
• Design strategic approaches to managing change.
• Evaluate change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
• Support training and communication as part of change management.
• Design or deliver specialized training resources to the appropriate user base.
• Evaluate the risk of change and provide actionable guidelines on reducing the impact.
• Authorize minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board for higher-risk changes.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess decisions and performance related to change requests.
• Review and record requests for change (RFCs).
• Categorize change requests and prioritize them according to business objectives.
• Manage the transition of changes from the development team to operations.
• Accept or reject RFCs and convene Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Coordinate the building, testing, and implementation of changes.
• Mediate conflicts related to change where necessary.
• Create and circulate the change schedule.
• Maintain all change documentation (policies, procedures, templates, etc.).
• Produce management reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years experience handling change management processes.
• Experience in ServiceNow tool.
• ITIL Certification (preferred).
