About the position

The Change Manager will oversee a portfolio of business units undergoing significant transformation initiatives, playing a crucial role in driving organizational change and fostering innovation. This position involves supporting senior leaders through complex transformations while continuously learning about various business models and collaborating across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the change portfolio, overseeing and coordinating transformation initiatives across multiple companies.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each company's goals, challenges, and culture to tailor change strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that align with the business objectives of each company in the portfolio.
  • Create detailed change plans while considering the unique needs and timelines of each organization.
  • Coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for successful transformation.
  • Collaborate with process engineers and trainers to ensure alignment of training programs with overall change objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience for mid to large sized organizations.
  • Ability to influence others and drive change.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders, including executives and organization leaders.
  • Ability to develop and implement change management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Experience overseeing and coordinating transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Effective communication skills to ensure understanding of the change vision, objectives, and expected benefits.
  • Experience coordinating the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful transformation.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP certification and experience with Agile is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or with Guidewire experience is a plus.
