The Change Management role is critical as the organization transitions from one ERP system to another, impacting 65 employees. The organization utilizes Microsoft Suite, including MS Projects and MS Visio, so familiarity with these tools will be beneficial. As an HR Change Management Manager, you will lead and execute change management initiatives that are vital to the organization. This role involves close collaboration with HR leadership, department heads, and project teams to ensure that changes related to people, processes, and technology are implemented successfully.
