About the position

ViTL Solutions is seeking experienced Change Managers to lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience as a project or program manager, with a strong focus on driving adoption and proficiency of changes within organizations in compliance with the client's Change Management methodologies. This role is crucial in developing project strategies and plans that encompass stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training. As a Change Manager, you will oversee team execution in accordance with established change plans, tools, and methods, while also supporting resource planning and acquisition. You will be responsible for developing both short and long-term goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and objectives, and executing against an annual operational plan. Additionally, you will provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors, assisting them in guiding their direct reports through transitions. Facilitating change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders will be essential to ensure the successful adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation. Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
  • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with client's Change Management methodologies.
  • Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
  • Oversee team execution in accordance with change plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition.
  • Develop short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and develop and execute against annual operational plan.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation.

Requirements

  • At least 5-10 years' experience as a project/program manager.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies.
  • Ability to develop project strategies and plans effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder assessment and communications.
  • Proven track record in leadership alignment and organization transition.

Nice-to-haves
