The Change Order Manager will be responsible for reviewing and responding to Change Notices and Proposed Change Order Cost Proposals, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and comprehensive. This position requires a strong understanding of contract documents and the ability to prepare Change Order documents that support all changes made during the project lifecycle. In addition to managing the change order process, the Change Order Manager will be tasked with preparing negotiation position papers and reports, tracking the status of all changes, and providing support during Dispute Resolution meetings. The role will also involve attending project meetings as necessary to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project changes. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with limited supervision, utilizing their judgment and initiative to achieve project objectives, especially while working on construction sites that may have limited amenities. This position is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $145,000 to $195,000 per year, reflecting the seniority and expertise required for the position.
