About the position

The Change Principal, Change Management (HR Project Experience and Delivery) at Comcast is responsible for supporting the adoption planning and execution of HR Technology initiatives. This role focuses on creating and implementing change management strategies, stakeholder management, and measuring program readiness using various change management tools. The position may also involve providing project management support to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Enable realization of HR and employee experience projects by driving timely and effective adoption of business-related changes.
  • Create and implement change acceleration strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  • Coach project sponsors to ensure their readiness and ongoing engagement in adoption outcomes.
  • Coordinate activities for the Change Management Adoption Network, including meeting agendas and monthly Playbook.
  • Interact closely with cross-functional teams and leverage resources such as communications and knowledge partners as needed.
  • Support experienced members of the adoption team by assisting with change tactics for seamless execution of change plans.
  • Act as the coordinator for Change Management training courses and programs.
  • Provide project management support when needed.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience leading change management projects using ADKAR methodology preferred.
  • Excellent facilitation skills.
  • Project management/planning skills.
  • Communication and/or training experience helpful.
  • Detail orientation and proven ability to self-direct work efforts.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
  • Flexibility and ability to think quickly and adapt plans as needed.
  • Leads with a service delivery and end-user experience mindset.
