About the position

The Change and Project Management Business Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Enterprise Change and Project Management by overseeing daily operations, crafting strategies, and ensuring effective business practices. This position involves analyzing workforce utilization, developing key performance indicators, leading communication strategies, and managing vendor relationships to enhance the efficiency of the Change and Project Management department.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director in running daily business operations of the Change and Project Management team.
  • Design, analyze, and report on workforce utilization and resource allocation.
  • Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for internal management and senior leadership.
  • Lead communication strategies to educate stakeholders on Project and Change Management activities.
  • Review and oversee vendors and managed service providers in partnership with Procurement.
  • Advise on current business operations and future trends relevant to team goals.
  • Partner with Finance to manage financial aspects, including budgeting and project financials.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance to maximize workforce efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or High School diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • 8 years of experience in Change and/or Project Management.
  • 5 years of experience in creating and executing strategic initiatives.
  • 5 years of experience in writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and communicate complex topics simply.
  • 5 years of experience in managing and reporting on key performance metrics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred experience in banking, capital markets, or financial services organizations in a regulatory environment.
