About the position

The Change and Project Management Business Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Enterprise Change and Project Management in managing daily operations, crafting strategies, and researching best practices to enhance business efficiency. This role involves leading workforce utilization analysis, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), and overseeing vendor relationships while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders regarding project and change management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director in running daily business operations of the Change and Project Management team.
  • Design, analyze, and report on workforce utilization and resource allocation.
  • Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for internal management and senior leadership.
  • Lead communication strategies to educate stakeholders on project and change management activities.
  • Review and oversee vendors and managed service providers in partnership with Procurement.
  • Advise on current business operations and future trends relevant to team goals.
  • Partner with Finance to manage financial aspects, including budgeting and project financials.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance to maximize workforce efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or High School diploma/GED with 6 years of Business strategy, Change, and/or Project Management experience.
  • 8 years of experience in Change and/or Project Management.
  • 8 years of demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple requests and obligations.
  • 5 years of experience in creating and executing strategic initiatives.
  • 5 years of experience in excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • 5 years of experience in creating, managing, and reporting on key performance metrics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred experience in banking, capital markets, or financial services organizations in a regulatory environment.
