About the position

ASM, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking dedicated Changeover Staff to join our Operations team. This part-time position is crucial for the successful setup and teardown of various events at our venues, including the Richmond Coliseum, Altria Theater, Richmond CenterStage, and Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center. The Changeover Staff will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure that all event requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities is also a key duty, which involves tasks such as buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, and cleaning toilets, urinals, mirrors, walls, arena seats, and trash cans. Staff will also be expected to assist with clean-up during and after events, ensuring that all areas are left in pristine condition. This role requires flexibility in working hours, as shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings, sometimes under adverse conditions, is essential.
