The Changeover Crew serves as an integral part of the event operations and conversions staff, playing a crucial role before, during, and after events as necessary. This position is responsible for organizing and orchestrating the flow of warehouse and related equipment inventory, ensuring that all materials are in place for successful event execution. The crew will be involved in moving, picking up, delivering, and installing equipment, furniture, and other materials as assigned based on the specific needs of each event. This includes hanging banners and signage as required, assisting with various facility and event projects, and executing all event set-up and break-down according to the event schedule. The Changeover Crew will assist in the execution of both large-scale and smaller facility events, which may include athletic competitions, concerts, and community events. Responsibilities may involve setting up stages, tables, chairs, dasher boards, basketball floors, and other event-related needs. The role demands a commitment to providing first-class customer service, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly and efficiently.
