About the position

The Channel Account Manager will leverage specialized experience in Customer Experience (CCaaS) to work with channel partners in developing a Zoom CX practice. This role focuses on helping customers transform their customer experiences by adopting Zoom's CX capabilities, collaborating with various stakeholders within the Zoom Channel business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a Zoom CX practice with channel partners to enhance customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with broader Zoom Channel business and Account Executives to drive customer adoption of Zoom CX capabilities.
  • Lead training initiatives for partners on product/services, best practices, and sales guides.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in the CX space.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CX/Cloud (CCaaS) channel creation.
  • Experience in SaaS business and sales.
  • Deep knowledge of Contact Center software industry products.
  • Understanding of business telephony and Contact Center (Cloud & Premises PBX).
  • Experience in leading product/services training and creating learning materials.
