About the position

Ansell is looking for a Channel Development Manager to join our team in the Gulf Coast or along the Eastern Seaboard! In this position you will play a vital role in driving profitable market share growth for Ansell by optimizing relationships within the Fastenal Premier Alliance Program, aligning market dynamics, strategies, and operations, while maximizing access to target end-user markets, supporting Fastenal's sales efforts, launching new products, and ensuring the execution of growth programs through field sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop revenue and growth strategy for Fastenal in North America.
  • Implement multi-functional plans for market penetration and achieving business goals.
  • Collaborate with National Account Managers to win new business via Fastenal PAP program.
  • Partner with sales teams to grow National and Global Accounts with Fastenal.
  • Assist in developing and executing annual marketing plans, budgets, and ROI analysis with Fastenal.
  • Build relationships with Fastenal executives to support business plan and alignment.
  • Enable sales teams to develop and execute business plans to grow sales and profits.
  • Ensure effective business processes between external and internal Ansell teams.
  • Assist in pricing strategies and programs for Fastenal in the Industrial channel.
  • Optimize Ansell's vertical business development strategy and provide forecasting for S&OP.
  • Collaborate with Global Guardian team to optimize strategic selling processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field or commensurate experience.
  • 3 years sales experience in Protective Products with demonstrated success.
  • 3 years experience working directly with Distributors.
  • 3 years experience working directly with National or Major Accounts.
  • 1 years demonstrated working knowledge of Ansell systems and tools, along with product understanding.
