About the position

As a Channel Enablement Program Manager at Nutanix, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the success of our channel partners through the development and implementation of enablement programs. This position requires a highly collaborative and motivated individual who understands the intricacies of partner success within a channel organization. You will be responsible for designing curriculum and driving programs that align with our global strategy, ensuring that these initiatives have a measurable impact on our partners' performance. You will be part of the global Revenue Enablement team, which operates across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. This team is recognized for its strong collaboration with the business and its focus on creating enablement programs that are closely aligned with Nutanix's strategic objectives. Your work will be critical in supporting the development of external channel partners globally, and you will have the opportunity to create scalable and repeatable programs that enhance our channel capabilities. In this role, you will report to the Director of Revenue Enablement and work closely with the Channel Enablement Manager in the Americas. The position is fully remote, providing flexibility and a work-life balance, although some travel to the office may be required. Travel is an integral part of the role, with expectations of up to 25% of your time spent visiting various locations to collaborate with teams and stakeholders and to attend global events. This travel will facilitate valuable face-to-face interactions and ensure alignment across different regions.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a business partner to Sales Executives and Channel leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Account Managers, Channel SEs, and Channel Led Sellers
  • Create enablement programs to address areas of improvement
  • Track and deliver on key metrics of success
  • Evaluate and provide tools to make the work and outcomes more effective
  • Coordinate and deliver content and new programs to partners
  • Leverage existing content and programs
  • Align education and learning to Nutanix's Elevate program
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and the wider enablement team

Requirements

  • Experience working with virtual teams and building strategic programs
  • Understanding of sales processes and metrics for subscription companies
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong program management skills, including content creation and curriculum development
  • Strong project management focus
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems to help deliver scalable programs
  • Ability to set clear goals and objectives and deliver on them
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed
  • A learner's mindset and focus on accountability
