About the position

Arrow Electronics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Security Solution Channel Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving account planning, growth execution, and partner engagement for our security solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the security solutions landscape, strategic thinking, and exceptional relationship-building skills. The Security Solution Channel Manager will focus on expanding our existing partner ecosystem and recruiting new partners to drive growth and enhance our market presence. In this position, you will develop and implement account plans to achieve security solution growth targets and identify opportunities for strategic initiatives. You will strengthen relationships with existing partners, recruit new ones, and conduct performance reviews to drive improvements. Collaboration with sales teams will be essential to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as to develop compelling presentations and proposals. Additionally, you will provide training and support to partners for selling and deploying security solutions and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives. Tracking key performance indicators, preparing regular reports for senior management, and maintaining accurate records using CRM tools will also be part of your responsibilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Arrow Electronics continues to grow its market presence in the security solutions sector.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 4-year degree and 5-7 years of IT Sales experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Self-driven individuals with superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of strong customer service and work ethic.
  • Creative and impressive problem-solving skills.
  • Business planning skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
