About the position

The Channel Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the LUTZE marketing team and product management, sales, and operations to implement marketing activities and programs within the distribution sales channel. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the primary function is to coordinate marketing-related activities and programs in accordance with the marketing and sales plans, focusing on daily support tasks and project management. This role requires a keen attention to detail, enabling the Channel Marketing Coordinator to complete tasks and projects quickly while reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, all while managing ongoing long-term projects. The position demands the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships both inside and outside of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, help develop and execute channel marketing strategies for the distribution sales channel in coordination with marketing, product management, and sales team.
  • Assist with coordination of various channel communication and marketing activities such as marketing co-operative activities and trade shows.
  • Collect and compile product data and materials, record maintenance, reporting and analysis of marketing programs.
  • Support, maintain, and build strong relationships with channel partners using a CRM program.
  • Create and manage social media and email campaigns according to company strategy and corporate guidelines.
  • Manage physical and digital marketing literature and material inventory.
  • Audit online presence and digital content to ensure updated and accurate information and materials are being used across channel partners.
  • Assist with preparation of various marketing-related materials.
  • Occasional travel to attend and exhibit at marketing events such as trade shows and channel marketing events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or 2-4 years relevant marketing and work experience.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Sound understanding of marketing strategies, concepts, and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop experience would be beneficial.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines and work independently making decisions within established guidelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for proofreading.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and very organized team player with the ability to manage expectations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in social media marketing (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in marketing (3 years preferred).
