About the position

The Channel Marketing Leader will drive and enhance Zoom's channel marketing efforts across the Americas. This strategic role focuses on developing and executing a channel marketing plan, empowering partners, and driving revenue growth through the channel ecosystem. The position requires expertise in SaaS channel marketing and aims to strengthen channel relationships and lead co-marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a channel marketing strategy for the Americas that aligns with Zoom's business goals.
  • Focus on growth and market share expansion through channel partners.
  • Oversee co-marketing, enablement, and partner engagement initiatives to communicate Zoom's value across the channel.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing channel marketing team.
  • Partner with the COE, Channel Account Managers, Field Sales, and Regional Marketing to align channel activities with broader goals.
  • Work with senior leaders to share channel marketing insights, updates, and results to ensure strategic alignment and support.
  • Create and launch programs for partner enablement, demand generation, and customer acquisition to strengthen Zoom's position as a preferred provider.
  • Lead training and enablement to enhance partner readiness, equipping partners with resources to promote and sell Zoom.
  • Set KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data analysis to guide strategic adjustments and optimise Return on Investment, driving growth metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in channel marketing or partner marketing, with experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of building and executing channel marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Great relationship management skills, with a history of collaborating across teams to support complex, multifaceted marketing initiatives.
  • Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
