About the position

The Channel Marketing Manager (Architect and Design) at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation plays a pivotal role in supporting channel marketing requirements to ensure profitable growth of sales and revenue. This position involves active participation in the development and execution of both short-term tactical and long-term strategic marketing plans tailored for target personas, specifically architects and designers. The manager will be responsible for driving the commercialization strategy of new product launches, as well as managing the development of sales activation plans for all Zurn Elkay products within the designated sales channel. A key aspect of this role is to develop a deep understanding of customer and channel partner personas, acting as the voice of the customer (VOC). This includes regularly gathering feedback to assess the overall health of customer relationships and identifying areas for improvement. The Channel Marketing Manager will engage in field travel and customer interactions, representing marketing at relevant sales and customer meetings. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement channel sales enablement plans and playbooks, collaborating with media and demand generation specialists to prioritize strategies for growth. The role also involves assisting in the creation of continued education courses in partnership with the internal learning management team, and developing tactical marketing campaigns to achieve operational marketing goals in collaboration with media and creative teams. The Channel Marketing Manager will build and maintain partnerships across product management, product marketing, commercial sales, and the marketing creative team, ensuring effective collaboration. Furthermore, the manager will capture, track, and report on channel-specific metrics and KPIs, and develop merchandising strategies to optimize brand and SKU performance in key accounts.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or comparable discipline required.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of channel marketing experience required.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive sales enablement plans and playbooks preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), HubSpot, Canva, and Adobe.
