About the position

The Channel Marketing Manager at Lingo Communications is responsible for providing marketing support to partners and aligning with the company's strategic marketing and sales objectives to drive revenue. This role involves managing relationships with key contacts, creating campaigns to generate leads, promoting brand awareness, and overseeing event sponsorships and marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a single repository for sales/sponsorship and activity tracking, managing ROI associated with activities.
  • Create relationships to support engagement with channel partner sales teams to promote key programs and generate leads.
  • Coordinate nationwide travel, sign-ups, and sponsored event activities, including co-sponsorship events.
  • Manage a Master Playbook that includes a cohesive plan for partner portal updates and tactical plans to increase awareness in the channel.
  • Develop and deploy new channel marketing concepts and manage marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Data Analytics, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Gather marketing campaign data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and report results.
  • Manage all marketing campaign communications and establish strong partner networks.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales Leadership to engage Agents in events and track ROI on event participation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in building key relationships, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Strong project management skills and creativity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-starter with the ability to stay flexible and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in the Partner Channel is strongly preferred.
