About the position

The Channel Marketing Manager at Soft Play is responsible for driving growth and market penetration through the development and execution of effective channel marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to maximize revenue and establish strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies aligned with Soft Play's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Create detailed marketing plans for each channel, including target audience segmentation, messaging, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for channel initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyze channel performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Track competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Tailor marketing campaigns to fit the specific needs and requirements of different channels.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure channel marketing success.
  • Manage the channel marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and a high return on investment.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for channel partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Typically, 5 years of experience in channel marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of channel marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
