About the position

Brady is looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist who is responsible for enhancing and enriching product information, product launches and ongoing product updates/maintenance. The right candidate will be very idea driven, have a strong attention to detail and excel at managing product content. This individual will work closely with the Product Content Team, Product Managers, Channel Managers, Marketing, and other groups inside Brady to verify and track down content.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and implement new product data content to channel distribution partners for product adoption
  • Data maintenance and assisting channel management team with data quality initiatives
  • Deliver communication & positioning of product life cycle management for distributor partners, particularly at a product's end of life
  • Manage distributor product data portals to ensure product visibility and accuracy
  • Identify and streamline part number development process for distribution partners and audit distribution compliance
  • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders - Channel, Marketing, IT, Global Master Data Governance, and Information Technology teams to validate and distribute product information
  • Become a super user in the STEP PIM system

Requirements

  • Associates degree required, bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in marketing or similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized, focused, and possesses great attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively while managing multiple projects and business relationships
  • Ability to occasionally travel (up to 10%)
