About the position

The Commercial Channel Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the channel marketing team at Consolidated Communications. This position focuses on executing marketing strategies, managing partner programs, and ensuring the success of channel initiatives. The specialist will work closely with the Channel Marketing Manager to enhance partner enablement and streamline program management, contributing to the overall growth and effectiveness of the company's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Channel Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans tailored for channel partners.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and distribute sales enablement materials for channel partners.
• Oversee administrative functions for partner-facing tools and platforms, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Maintain and update partner-facing websites, ensuring content is relevant and optimized for engagement.
• Create and manage communications to onboard new partners effectively, coordinating with internal teams for seamless activation.
• Administer the Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program, including fund allocation and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Familiarity with channel partner ecosystem and partner enablement strategies.
• Understanding of basic telecom products.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, concise messaging.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Highspot, Hubspot, Microsoft Office, Monday.com or similar applications.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance tracking.
