About the position

The Channel Partner Instructional Designer plays a crucial role in developing and managing channel enablement materials for a collaboration software company. This position focuses on creating comprehensive learning paths, guides, and presentations that empower channel partners. The designer will also be responsible for launching and managing content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring high-quality training materials are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop channel enablement materials, including learning paths, guides, and presentations.
• Utilize Rise360 to create engaging and effective learning content.
• Launch and manage instructional content within our LMS.
• Collaborate closely with the Channel Enablement team and report to the Sr. Manager of Partner Development.
• Ensure timely completion of quarterly priority projects.
• Maintain a high standard of quality in all training materials, as assessed by subject matter experts.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years in instructional design and enablement roles.
• Proficiency in Rise360, strong design skills, and experience with LMS management.
• Experience in cloud-based technology and creating enablement content for channel partners.
• Able to build SCORM packages.
• Familiarity with Google Slides, Keynote, Confluence, and LMS platforms.
• Self-starter capable of effectively managing time to execute priority projects within scope and on schedule.
• Understanding the channel approach/value of channel partners, ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent status tracking of projects.
