About the position

monday.com is looking for its first CRM Channel Partner Manager to join the team in North America. This person will be responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners with expertise in the CRM space. The objective? To drive monday CRM revenue with partners - this is a quota carrying role. That said, we think of our channel partner managers as full-stack consultants who help our partners grow their business with monday.com.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of building out the first CRM-focused book in NAM.
  • Identify and recruit potential partners.
  • Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions.
  • Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions & other unique offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, and service gaps with partner offerings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs/ GSIs - experience working with CRM partners is a big plus!
  • Experience in a global work environment.
  • Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters.
  • Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach.
  • Ability to move fast, fail fast, and keep going.
  • Negotiation skills, particularly in SaaS subscriptions and balancing company and partner needs.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
