About the position

The Channel Partner Manager role is a full-time position focused on developing and managing relationships with current and prospective Channel Partners to drive sales of Carson & SAINT Products and Services. The position requires a strategic approach to sales, leveraging a well-defined Channel Partner program to increase revenue generation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a passion for IT security.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, create and maintain relationships with Channel Partner accounts to create increased sales opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain a sales strategy and business plan for Partner accounts, using it as a roadmap for go-to-market program development.
  • Work with sales management on the development and execution of sales strategy.
  • Develop sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage contracts and be seen as a trusted resource by Partners.
  • Collaborate with the field marketing organization to plan, deliver, and manage effective communication and demand generation campaigns for each Partner.
  • Work with marketing to access current sales tools and drive the creation of new solutions.
  • Collaborate with peers across Carson & SAINT field and marketing organizations to ensure best practices are utilized for effective Partner campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, communications, or public relations.
  • 3+ years of prior account management experience.

  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and Channel Sales.
