Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that targets key customer segments and leverages the full range of our products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to generate revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and alignment with company goals.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry landscape.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscapes to ensure our sales strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Analyze sales data and develop reports to communicate sales performance and progress towards goals to executive leadership.
  • Coach and mentor other sales team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic sales in relevant industries, including experience in complex ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies that achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
