About the position

The Channel Program Manager at Schneider Electric is responsible for managing operational and digital projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the electrical distribution channel, particularly focusing on Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). This role involves driving major business transformations, troubleshooting software issues, and providing key performance indicators (KPI) reports to channel partners. The position is fully remote, allowing for collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure data integrity and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational and digital projects to improve the efficiency of the electrical distribution channel related to Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for channel partners using VMI.
  • Ensure order flow for regular program purchases on VMI.
  • Troubleshoot errors and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide KPI reports, scorecards, and charts to channel partners on VMI.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve data quality and limit transmission errors.
  • Drive awareness of the VMI program and its benefits internally and externally.
  • Support the Manager of Digital Enablement in the Point of Sales strategy.
  • Lead transformation initiatives requiring channel research and change management.
  • Monitor and support the achievement of Key Objectives of US Channel Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in project/program management or data analysis in the electrical distribution or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience using VMI-related software and portals for data analysis and reporting.
  • Skills in data extraction, verification, cleaning, transformation, and processing.
  • Experience handling VMI PA errors and validating order points.
  • Understanding of the US electrical channel and conducting profile review meetings.
  • Advanced level understanding of EDI.
  • Troubleshooting skills for inventory management software and presenting solutions to stakeholders.
  • Experience maintaining an integrated channel sales database.
  • Ability to tabulate, interpret, and share performance data.
