Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and Onboarding New Partners
  • Identifying, qualifying, and bringing on new partners who can effectively sell hireEZ's talent acquisition SaaS platform and product to a wider audience.
  • Identifying potential partners: Researching and targeting businesses that align with your target market and have a complementary offering.
  • Building relationships: Establishing trust and rapport with potential partners.
  • Providing enablement resources: Equipping partners with the training, tools, and support they need to be successful.
  • Enabling Partner Success
  • Once partners are onboarded, providing ongoing support and resources to help them sell effectively.
  • Product training: Ensuring partners have a deep understanding of your product or service.
  • Sales and marketing support: Providing partners with marketing materials, sales tools, and lead generation programs.
  • Performance monitoring and optimization: Tracking partner performance and providing feedback and guidance to help them improve.
  • Driving Channel Revenue
  • Setting and tracking sales goals: Working with partners to establish ambitious but achievable sales targets.
  • Developing joint business plans: Collaborating with partners to create go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue potential.
  • Incentivizing partner performance: Offering rewards and incentives to motivate partners to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of channel sales experience, preferably in SaaS or high-tech industry, experience in venture capital is desirable.
  • Thorough understanding upstream and downstream of channel partnership.
  • A bachelors' degree is required, preferably with an MBA degree.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Flexible to travel to partner location.
