About the position

The Channel Sales Manager at Fujifilm is responsible for achieving sales goals and fostering profitable relationships with channel partners. This remote position, ideally located in the Midwest, focuses on developing revenue strategies, managing partner relationships, and executing marketing activities to enhance business performance and market share.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage revenue and partner plan for territory.
  • Identify target partners and market opportunities, creating a channel coverage map.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to meet sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within each partner organization.
  • Leverage Inside Sales resources to assist in managing partners.
  • Drive and track the pipeline of sales opportunities and forecast quarterly sales accurately.
  • Promote and conduct training for partners to ensure technical certification.
  • Execute quarterly marketing and demand generation activities with partners.
  • Communicate regularly with partners regarding product launches and pricing changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in channel sales management, particularly in the Printing device/Office Products industry.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast product sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of market conditions within targeted segments.
  • Experience with forecasting, pipelines, and knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
  • Strong financial skills, including understanding P&L and balance sheets.
  • Ability to influence and align remote teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent time management skills and operational planning knowledge.
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent sales experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

  • Experience with solution selling and business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve channel conflict issues.
