About the position

The Channel Sales Manager at Fujifilm is responsible for achieving sales goals and fostering profitable relationships with channel partners. This remote position, ideally located in the Midwest, focuses on developing revenue plans, managing partner recruitment, and ensuring effective communication and training for partners to maximize business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage revenue and partner plan for territory.
  • Exceed quarterly quota-based compensation plan through the support of partners.
  • Identify target partners and market opportunities, developing a channel coverage map for the territory.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to achieve territory coverage and sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within each partner organization.
  • Leverage Inside Sales resources to assist in managing targeted partners.
  • Drive and track the pipeline of sales opportunities and forecast quarterly territory sales accurately.
  • Promote and schedule training for partners to ensure they are certified to FB's standards.
  • Execute quarterly marketing tactical and demand generation activities with targeted partners.
  • Communicate regularly with partners on product launches, pricing changes, and distribution processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of prior experience in channel sales management, particularly in the Printing device/Office Products and related Software industry.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast product sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of market conditions within targeted segments.
  • Experience with forecasting, pipelines, and knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
  • Experience with solution selling and business development.
  • Strong financial skills, including understanding P&L and balance sheets.
  • Ability to influence people and align remote teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent time management skills and knowledge of operational planning techniques.
  • BA or BS or equivalent sales experience; advanced degree in business management, operations, or marketing preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
