About the position

As a Channel Sales Representative at BadgePass Inc., you will play a crucial role in expanding the channel and ensuring that both new and existing partners are equipped for success. This position involves promoting and selling BadgePass products, providing training and support to partners, and gathering feedback to enhance customer experience. You will be the primary contact for partners in your area, assisting with sales support and managing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Grow the channel by signing up new channel partners.
• Onboard new partners and provide training on BadgePass products and processes.
• Assist partners with discovery meetings, demos, and quotes.
• Manage sales support for partners in your geographic area for the BadgePass ONE solution.
• Answer incoming customer inquiries and requests via website, email, and phone.
• Provide feedback to software developers based on customer experiences.
• Complete additional training as needed for partners.
