About the position
The Chaos Coordinator (School Age Teacher/Floater) position at KinderCare Education is designed for passionate individuals who want to make a significant impact on the lives of children. This role involves creating engaging and nurturing learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, while implementing the company's curriculum and fostering positive relationships with families and the community. The position offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time options, allowing teachers to thrive in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement KCE's curriculum tailored to the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
- Communicate and partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 12 years is preferred.
- Must meet Oregon Licensing Requirements, including passing a background check.
Nice-to-haves
