Responsibilities
- Oversee the blood collection operation and ensure collections run smoothly.
- Provide donor care during the donation process.
- Conduct donor registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy.
- Drive fleet vehicles, including box trucks, to various locations.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good, stable work history.
- Understanding of standard operating procedures.
- Valid driver's license and insurable by the company's insurance carrier.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
