About the position

The Charter Sales Administrative Assistant/Sales Development Representative at Fly Alliance Charter LLC is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient handling of the sales post-booking cycle, and facilitating communication with clients. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in various software applications to manage schedules, generate leads, and maintain documentation related to charter sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete sales post booking cycle to ensure proper documentation of each trip.
• Complete Owner Booking requests via Jet Insight and update the Owner Statements and Master Member Spreadsheet.
• Schedule and manage meeting calendar for the Charter Sales team.
• Market fleet availability via Avinode, NBAA, and Constant Contact (Empty Leg Postings).
• Make outbound phone calls to prospective clients and set up meetings for the Charter Sales team.
• Ensure that tail matching is complete at all times between Jet Insight and Quickbooks.
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Handle other assignments as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of proven experience in a similar position
• Experience in administrative office work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and QuickBooks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment in various situations
