The Health Care Benefits Delivery organization, within CVS Health's Digital Data Analytics Technology (DDAT) organization, is seeking a Chatbot Staff Engineer - Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development of a Conversational AI platform. This role is pivotal in assisting members with their health insurance inquiries through their preferred communication channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning product features and user stories with the overall solution design, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the application and serving as an expert in its end-to-end implementation. In this position, you will engage in feature refinement sessions with key stakeholders to articulate specified needs, identify gaps, and propose necessary adjustments. You will recommend technical solutions based on business requirements and prioritize them effectively. Your role will also involve creating and proposing solutions for new features, taking into account scalability and cost considerations. You will identify data needs for various use cases and collaborate with Integration Architects to map enterprise services to the user interface. Additionally, you will implement and code the solutions while addressing any issues, risks, or dependencies that arise in your recommendations. This position requires a deep understanding of architecture patterns that enable scalable solutions for data management, business intelligence, and analytics. You will need to demonstrate expertise in data lifecycle management, including operational databases, data warehousing, integration, governance, pipelining, analytics enablement, and reporting. As an experienced full stack developer, you will have a proven track record of working on complex enterprise-scale applications, and you will be expected to break down Agile Stories into discrete tasks with accurate estimates for planning.
