About the position
As a Chauffeur at Turning Stone Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and efficient transportation for guests, executives, and entertainers. Your responsibilities will include planning routes, ensuring timely arrivals, and delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities
- Transport guests, executives, and entertainers to and from requested locations safely and efficiently.
- Prepare maps, directions, and alternate routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle before each trip to ensure cleanliness and adequate fuel and supplies.
- Display comprehensive knowledge of services, promotions, and events at Turning Stone Casino Resort.
- Complete all required operational forms and reports as per policies and procedures.
- Assist Bus Drivers when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Services Manager/Supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Professional Limousine Driver preferred.
- Valid Commercial Driver License (Class B or CDL) with passenger endorsement (no restrictions).
- Ability to meet NYS insurance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
