About the position

The Product Development Analyst at Agropur plays a crucial role in supporting the Cheese Development team by managing the workflow of the test kitchen and applications laboratory. This position involves coordinating projects, providing trial assistance, and conducting product testing and evaluations to ensure the development of high-quality dairy products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the workflow of the test kitchen and applications laboratory.
• Manage projects as assigned related to product development.
• Provide trial assistance for product testing.
• Perform product testing and evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Chemistry, or a related field required.
• Minimum three (3) years of Product Development or R&D experience within food processing required.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
