As a Cheese Specialist, you are friendly and ambitious with a love for cheese, wine, and food. As a Cheese Specialist you are the face of the Company and have a knack for working with the public. When you're not assisting customers, you are constructing creative merchandising displays including sales cases and floor displays to sell and educate customers on latest trends. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with cheese selections and provide exceptional customer service.
- Construct creative merchandising displays including sales cases and floor displays.
- Educate customers on the latest cheese trends and pairings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of working with cheese in a retail or grocery store.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well with the public and create a welcoming environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
