About the position

The Chef de Cuisine will lead the culinary team at a new French Bistro in Beverly Grove, Los Angeles, focusing on delivering high-quality French dishes through a seasonal menu. This role requires a passionate and detail-oriented individual who can inspire and manage kitchen staff while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and maintaining kitchen operations.

• Supervise the production of food at all stations, assisting the cooks when needed.
• Maintain kitchen equipment following food & safety/restaurant standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Recognize the importance of employee morale and lead by example.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience cooking in French restaurants.
