Responsibilities

  • Follow the day-to-day procedures in the kitchen.
  • Plan the daily running of sections in the kitchen.
  • Communicate directly with the kitchen team.
  • Carry out quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with a 1AA Rosette establishment.
  • Passion and creative flair for cooking.
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service.
  • Experience in leading a section and being a strong team player.
  • Bring fresh ideas and experience to the kitchen.
