Requirements

• Supervisory culinary background within hotel banquets, country clubs, or upscale restaurants.
• Excellent mentoring, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing, menu/recipe compliance, and inventory management.
• Forecast food production and supervise large-scale batch cooking.
• Ensure compliance with Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe adherence and food quality.
• Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Utilize automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.
