  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Utilize automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • 1 year of basic management experience in a culinary setting.
  • Supervisory culinary background within hotel banquets, country clubs, or upscale restaurants.
  • Excellent mentoring, leadership, and communication skills.
